Local couple Billy and Claire Cai are roasting in success after opening up a Bucking Bull Roast & Grill in Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre.
Located in the food court, the store opened earlier this month to crowds of hungry shoppers wanting a taste of their famous home-style meals, burgers, subs, spuds and sandwiches.
“Being a brand that Western Australians know and love, it’s great to finally bring Bucking Bull and their famous roasts to Innaloo,” said Billy.
“Customers no longer have to drive anywhere else to get their Bucking Bull fix and that’s exciting”.
The Innaloo store is the 12th Bucking Bull to open in Western Australia, but one of the first to open under the new look branding and store design.
“The store looks fantastic and we’re getting a really positive response from our customers,” Billy said.
“In fact, we had one gentleman tell us that our burger was the best he’d tasted in his life.”
Bucking Bull Managing Director, Stuart Beechen says that the new design is stylish and modern, but still communicates the brand’s love affair with the traditional roast meal.
“Customers in Perth have come to know and love Bucking Bull as the home of their favourite roasts, so it was important to move the brand in a direction that conveys our knowledge in this category,” he said.
“The new store designs are definitely more modern, but there’s still a sense of nostalgia and tradition and I think people value that when they visit our stores.”
Westfield Innaloo Centre Manager Scott Greenwood is excited about finally having a Bucking Bull in the centre.
“Bucking Bull is a welcome addition to Westfield Innaloo and is already proving to be a popular breakfast, lunch and dinner choice. Customers are queuing for a mouth-watering home style roast – a perfect way to beat the winter chill,” he said.
Part of the Aktiv Brands group, Bucking Bull currently has 34 stores throughout Australia, 12 of which are located in Western Australia.
Bucking Bull opened on July 5 and is located in the food court at Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre.
